Thank you and for stopping in for a visit. Blessings.
Great beauty. Is it coincidence that I have been taking photos of wood, knarled trunks, fences, trees, etc. the last five days? Not so, I think.
There is truly something about wood that captivates. Wood planks table, trees, old, dying trunks, whatever. I love the smell and the feel, especially of bleached out wood. I was walking yesterday in the woods and marveled how even the smell of the leaves dying grounds me. Wonderful stuff. I also think it is no wonder we are captivated. We keep each other alive. Pretty cool.
